Where the original Charter Period falls within a Normal period:

▪ If notice of cancellation of a Charter is given by the Charterer more than 1 calendar month before the start of the Charter Period, a 100% refund will be given, less a $500 admin fee.
▪ If notice of cancellation of a Charter is given by the Charterer 1 calendar month or less before the start of the Charter Period, no refund will be given.
▪ If a request to reschedule a Charter is received from the Charterer more than 1 calendar month before the start of the Charter Period, such change of date/time will only be granted at our sole discretion and subject to availability, and a $500 admin fee will apply if such change is made.
▪ If a request to reschedule a Charter is received from the Charterer 1 calendar month or less before the start of the Charter Period, such change of date/time will only be granted at our sole discretion and subject to availability, and a $1,500 admin fee will apply if such change is made.

Where the original Charter Period falls within a Peak Period
(All day Saturday b. All official Singapore Public Holidays c. All day on the day prior to the first official Singapore Public Holiday for Chinese New Year d. All of December):

▪ If notice of cancellation of a Charter is given by the Charterer more than 2 calendar months before the start of the Charter Period, a 100% refund will be given, less a $500 admin fee.
▪ If notice of cancellation of a Charter is given by the Charterer 2 calendar months or less before the start of the Charter Period, no refund will be given.
▪ If a request to reschedule a Charter is received from the Charterer more than 2 calendar months before the start of the Charter Period, a $500 admin fee will apply if such change is made.
▪ If a request to reschedule a Charter is received from the Charterer 2 calendar months or less before the start of the Charter Period, a $1,500 admin fee will apply if such change is made.
